February 13 is the deadline for Congress to pass a new funding deal for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This deadline creates a rare moment of leverage: lawmakers in the House and Senate are right now negotiating over legislative guardrails to curb abuses by ICE and CBP.

As negotiations on the DHS funding bill continue, your U.S. Senators and Representative need to hear from you. These reforms are essential. Not one more dollar should go to ICE or CBP unless real reforms are made to protect life and uphold human dignity and the rule of law.
