Post-Election Prayer Resources

As the U.S. election season concludes and we wait for the final results, we want to offer some prayer resources, including virtual prayer vigils.

• Join the Faithful Democracy Coalition and our interfaith partners for a virtual prayer vigil today, Friday November 6, from 3-5pm ET, to close out the election season and give thanks for a peaceful process and robust civic participation.
• Use and share the Leadership Conference of Women Religious prayer service called “On the Pulse of the Morning.” 
• Pax Christi USA also offers prayer cards and resources for study and action. 
• Sojourners Magazine offers prayers and images that can be shared on social media.
• Play this centering prayer video with Fr. Thomas Keating for 20 minutes of quiet, calming prayer.
• Watch this music video, “Be Not Afraid,” recorded by various Catholic artists from home for Salt and Light Media.
