Interfaith prayer vigil for climate justice

In conjunction with the Friends Committee on National Legislation’s Spring Lobby Weekend and the Global Lenten Fast for Climate Justice coordinated by the Global Catholic Climate Covenant, this lunchtime event will include prayer from multiple faith traditions and accompanying music as well as an appearance by legislators like Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT). Here are more of the specifics.

• When: From 12:30-1:30pm on March 16
• Why: As a show of global solidarity with those most impacted by the negative effects of climate change
