The People’s Climate March

Care for Mother EarthWe invite you to march with us, help amplify the Catholic voice at the march, and lift up the teachings of the Catholic Church on caring for creation and those who are most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.

We will meet at 9 a.m. Mass at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 630 E St SW, Washington, D.C. 20024.

Feel free to share the event page for the Mass on Facebook with others who might be interested. Send us an email to let us know you are coming:

All are welcome! If you have any questions or concerns, email us at or call (202) 832-1780.

Click here to print our "Care for Mother Earth" sign and carry it with you to the march!

Faith groups are being asked to line up at 11 a.m. on 3rd Street SW near the corner of Jefferson Drive SW. The march is from 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. See the map and other info here:

It will be very crowded so it makes sense to head there right after 9 a.m. Mass at St. Dominic’s. It is a 15 minute walk. Here are walking directions

We encourage you to sign up here if you plan on marching in Washington, DC!
