Tell DoJ: Don’t Block Youth Climate Lawsuit

A group of 21 young Americans are in a lawsuit, Juliana v. the U.S., arguing that the government’s preferential treatment to climate polluters deprived youths of their rights.

We covered the lawsuit in 2016, a year after it was filed. After eight years of attempts to block the case, the group is preparing for trial to present their evidence. There is a worry that the DoJ will take yet another delaying tactic.

Take five minutes today to call, email, and tweet Attorney General Garland to tell him not to obstruct the fair presentation of the evidence any longer. Read more about the lawsuit timeline here.
