Prayer Vigil for Immigrants, April 23

For those near Washington, DC, we invite you to join us for our monthly prayer vigil in support of the immigrant community. All are welcome to attend this nonviolent public witness of love and welcome for immigrants. As people of faith, we reject the culture of fear and silence that dehumanizes, and we choose instead to stand with migrants.

What: Prayer Vigil in Support of Our Immigrant Community

Location: ICE Headquarters, 500 12th Street, SW (near L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station) 

On April 23, we will celebrate the feast day of St. George and pray that members of the military and security services consider conscientious objection. We pray especially for an end to the unjust and illegal war against Iran.
