Support the Farm Bill to Fight Global Hunger

Scroll down to tell your Representative to support the Farm Bill.

Good news: Congress has taken the moral stand by protecting two critical humanitarian programs, Food for Peace and the McGovern-Dole Food for Education program, despite previous proposals to eliminate their funding.

But the future of these two life-saving initiatives is still at risk. We now need Congress to reauthorize these programs for the next five years through the 2026 Farm Bill. The coming weeks will be decisive.

For decades, these programs have helped feed billions of people worldwide, combating global hunger and supporting childhood education in the most vulnerable communities. As people of faith, we are called to respond—to uphold the right to food and to stand in solidarity with those most vulnerable.

Now, Congress must act.

Please contact your members of Congress and urge them to support a robust Farm Bill that protects and strengthens international food assistance.

Every voice matters. Without our advocacy, millions of children and families could lose access to the basic nutrition and education they need to thrive. The next month is pivotal.

Together, we can ensure these life-saving programs continue to reach those who need them most.
