What: Join us for dinner and learn about becoming a Maryknoll Lay Missioner! Learn about the admissions process, benefits, etc. Meet returned Maryknoll Lay Missioners in the D.C. area, hear what their mission experience meant to them, what they have done after returning from mission. Share with others who have an interest in overseas service.
Maryknoll Lay Missioners is a Catholic organization inspired by the mission of Jesus to live and work with poor communities in Africa, Asia, and the Americas, responding to basic needs and helping to create a more just and compassionate world.
When: Friday, May 6, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Where: 1233 10th Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20001 (Private home of the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers – 3 blocks from the Mt. Vernon/Convention Center Metro station)
